Mission Statement

Montango Tours services will be of extremely high quality, efficient, informative and tailored to the client’s needs. The tours and transfers will enable individuals to reach their destination in comfort and touring through the magnificent Lowveld will allow the client to have a greater appreciation for the natural environment.

Montango Tours was established on the 13 January 2012 and is a registered Transfer and safari tour company. Our offices are based in Skukuza In the Kruger National Park, 15 minutes from the Sabi Sands Game Private Reserve and an hour and half from the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA).

Montango has an in-depth knowledge of the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve Kruger National Park, Safari Lodges, Hotels and Provincial Wildlife areas. Our guides hold full qualifications as legislated by South African Law and South African Tourism. Our luxury fleet of vehicles carry the necessary permits,  licenses and safety equipment. Montango Tours hold fully comprehensive insurance and are standing members of South African Tourism Services Association (SATSA).

Safaris and road transfers are offered in factory fitted air-conditioned minibuses and luxury sedans. All company vehicles have two-way radios and blue tooth Telecommunication and our guides carry mobile telephones. All safari tours and road transfers are guided By English speaking guides. Should you require any other language an additional supplement will be charged.

 

General

  • Rates are quoted on a per person basis in South African Rand (ZAR)
  • Rates include current Government Value Added Tax (VAT)
  • Children are welcome on any Safari tour or transfer.
  • Confirmation of bookings are subject to availability.
  • Malaria prophylaxis should be taken year round when visiting the Lowveld.
  • It is advisable to bring comfortable walking shoes or boots, sun hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, insect repellent, cameras and spare batteries and extra memory cards, film, flashlights, binoculars, swimming costume and jersey/jacket for cooler weather.
